• Parking on the back or on the street
• Toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, dish soap, dish washer detergent, and toilet cleaner

• Each room has door lock.
• Property door lock is keypad. Key code is changed every time tenant checkout.

Quiet Hours

Regular Term Quiet Hours

Facility-wide quiet hour policy to be observed by all residents.

11 PM – 8:30 AM Daily:

• Sundays
• Mondays
• Tuesdays
• Wednesdays
• Thursdays

Midnight – 8:30 AM Daily:

• Fridays
• Saturdays

Exam Time: 22-Hour Quiet Hours

22-hour quiet hours are to be observed by all residents for 22 hours per day during each final exam period.

A break will be permitted daily between the hours of 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
